Our October guest poets are Leah Naomi Green (via zoom) and Jane Robinson (in-person). Leah is the author of The More Extravagant Feast (Graywolf Press, 2020), is the recipient of a 2021 Treehouse Climate Action Poetry Prize from the Academy of American Poets, as well as the 2021 Lucille Clifton Legacy Award. Jane’s first collection Journey to the Sleeping Whale (Salmon, 2018) received the Shine-Strong Award. Other recognitions include the Strokestown International Poetry Prize. Ó Bhéal's 10th Poetry-Film Competition Shortlist of 30 films from 17 countries is now available to view. The films were projected in Nano Nagle Place and simulcast across two screenings during the 2022 Winter Warmer festival.
