<\/a><\/p>\n \u00d3 Bh\u00e9al<\/strong><\/font> hosts the<\/font><\/p>\n 2022<\/strong> <\/font>Munster Poetry Slam<\/strong><\/font><\/font><\/p>\n (and provincial heat for the All-Ireland Slam Championship)<\/font><\/p>\n with special guest <\/strong> <\/font>Abby Oliveira<\/strong><\/font><\/font><\/center><\/p>\n This year’s judges are poets Julie Goo, Stan Notte and reigning All-Ireland champ Shaunna Lee Lynch. Her work has been most recently published in The 32: An anthology of Irish Working Class voices<\/i> (Unbound, 2021), The New Frontier: reflections from the Irish border<\/i> (New Island Books, 2021), and Empty House: poetry & prose on the climate crisis<\/em> (Doire Press, 2021). She has been commissioned as a writer by organisations such as The MAC in Belfast, BBC Radio 4, BBC Radio Foyle and RT\u00c9 Radio. <\/font><\/p>\n

<\/span>The 2022 Munster Poetry Slam <\/strong>Competition is the regional heat of the 2022 All-Ireland Poetry Slam, which will be held during Cork’s Winter Warmer poetry festival in November. The top three poets from each provincial heat will qualify for the final. The Munster Slam will be held over two rounds, while the All-Ireland will have three.
